The NetPeppers OPM100 is an optical power meter for measuring optical power levels (dBm) in access, telecommunications and CATV fiber optic networks. Used in conjunction with the stabilized OLS150 light source (MM or SM), it determines insertion loss using the 2-jumper method. Calibrated wavelengths: 850, 1300, 1310, 1490, 1550 and 1625 nm. Measurement range: -70 to +10 dBm (lowest limit at 850 nm: -60 dBm). InGaAs detector. Accuracy: +/- 5% +/- 0.01 nW (+/- 0.5 dB at 850 nm). Resolution: 0.01 dB. Display units: W/mW/uW/dBm/dB (REF). FC/PC connector, interchangeable SC/ST. Supports single-mode and multimode fiber. Powered by 9V alkaline battery or optional 9VAC adapter. Auto power-off after 5 minutes. Weight: 300 g.
